Frequently Asked Questions

How do I access the 25% discount for Chamber members?

Chamber members are given a promo code. When purchasing training, the purchase page includes a space to enter this promo code. A 25% discount is then applied to the total order. If you have forgotten your promo code, please email the Chamber to have it re-issued. Note: If you are purchasing 100+ units of training, you may also be eligible for bulk pricing discounts.

Can I start my course right away?

YES. As soon as you have completed the registration process you will receive an email with your log in information (PIN/Password). If you do not see this email immediately please check your 'spam' or 'junk' folders. The security settings on your computer may have re-routed the email.

Are all of the required learning materials online?

YES. Everything you need to complete your course is included in the course content. There may be links to resource materials but these will be available to view/download/print immediately, without existing the course area.

How long do I have to complete my course?

Online learning is self-paced. This means that each participant moves through the learning material at a rate that matches his or her learning style, prior understanding of the topic, and time availability.

Do I have to complete the course in one setting?

NO. You can log out at any time and log in again later using your PIN and Password. The system will remember where you left off and start you there the next time you log in. There is no expiry to access the course.

Do I need to use the same computer each time I log in?

NO. You can access your account from any computer that has an internet connection.  You can also take your training using your iphone or ipad.

Can I fail the course?

You cannot 'fail' the course although you can 'fail' a test. Each online course includes mandatory testing to ensure that you understand course material. If you fail a test you must review the unit information and try again. Test questions are randomly selected from a test bank so that each testing experience will be unique. You can take a test repeatedly until you are able to verify knowledge retention by achieving 100%. When you have passed all mandatory tests you can download/print a Certificate of Completion for your records. This document will identify the date training was completed.

Does every online course provide a Certificate of Completion?

YES.  Each of the courses featured on this campus includes a Certificate of Completion.  When you have achieved 100% on mandatory testing (all courses include testing) for each unit of your course, you will immediately be able to download/print a Certificate of Completion which bears your name and the date of training.

My password won't work... What should I do?

  1. Make sure your CAPS lock button is off because passwords are case sensitive
  2. The first time you logged in you were asked to change your password to something only you would know. This is an important security feature but it can be annoying because it is easy to forget your personalized password. Just click the 'forgot my password?' link on the log in screen and the system will send you an email with your account information
  3. If you have turned off the CAPs lock and you know you are using the correct password, email technical support for assistance.
